2022: World Food Safety Day is marked by the World Health Organisation (WHO)  habitual to prevent, detect and manage food borne risks and  better human health. A World Health Organisation (WHO) report says that globally, one in ten people are make -believe by  food borne diseases boost  annually. 

When is World Food Safety Day?

World Food Safety Day is celebrated globally on June 7 every year as per the World Health  held (WHO). This year, it falls on Tuesday.

The World Health  held (WHO)  declared the theme of World Food Safety Day in March. This year, the theme is ‘Safer food, better health’. WHO also  announced a campaign to inspire global participation.

The WHO and Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO) jointly kick started World Food Safety Day in cooperation with the member states and other stakeholders.
